Nails, hammers and spirit levels
Yesterday was Ikea. Today was assembly. A builder in the church very gernerously gave me a day of his time…except I had enough stuff to keep him busy for 3 days! opps!
Nothing goes as smoothly as expected. A cupboard doesn’t fit becuase i didn’t calculate for the plug socket on the skirting board. So my work surface can’t be cut. I will be preparing all my food on the floor for the forseeable future!
My bed has been put together! Hurrah! I can’t wait to sleep in it. 
We left tonight with a flea bomb which should hopefully be the end of any living creature in my flat! hurrah! Can I use these bombs every week?
