Parents in Paris
My mum and dad came 2 weeks ago. We had a great time together. In 4 days they managed to cram in just about every famous monument! I was more tired than they were!
At the end of their stay, Fifi got a treat too - dad washed her!! Gotta love dads!
Now they’ve gone, my next big ‘event’ is the move…so the stress levels are rising. I’m reading a book about telling yourself truth and not lies. So at the moment I need to stop saying, "There is so much I have to do, I’ll never get it done. The administration people will be horrible." Instead I need to say, "Yes, there is a lot to do, but I will do it. And if I don’t it’s not the end of the world. The administration may be difficult, but I’ve always managed before."
